    Phase 2: Data Migration

Your data migration has been added to the queue. Our Engineering team will migrate your supported data from Mortgage Automator to Lendr, and your Implementation Manager will guide your team through the steps before, during and after migration.

    1. 1

      Migration queue & timing

Timing depends on Engineering availability and your account's readiness. We can't confirm an exact start date, but your Implementation Manager will keep you updated.

    2. 2

      Grant support access

When your migration is ready to begin, you'll receive a Support Access request for your Mortgage Automator account. Please grant access for seven days as soon as possible so our Engineering team can securely complete the migration.

    3. 3

      Migration pause

You may need to briefly pause updates in Mortgage Automator to keep data accurate. Your Implementation Manager will confirm timing in advance.

    Your team's responsibilities during migration

    • Grant Support Access when requested
    • Follow the migration pause instructions provided by your Implementation Manager
Make the most of your 30 days. Once your data migration is complete, your Mortgage Automator access stays on for 30 days. Finish your setup and training early so your team is ready to work in Lendr well before then.

    Phase 3: Document Digitization

Our Documents team will digitize the documents and email templates you previously built in Mortgage Automator, so they're ready to use in Lendr.

    Additional documents

If you require additional document templates to be digitized, please email your request to in DOCX format. Please provide the most current version of each document and clearly identify any specific requirements or intended use.

    Your team's deliverables

    • Submit additional document digitization requests to the Documents team
    • Review and test imported templates to confirm they contain the required information and function as expected
    • Report any required corrections to the Documents team

    Phase 4: Onboarding & Training

Each session is 60 minutes. Your Implementation Manager will walk your team through each topic and outline any deliverables to complete afterwards. Staying on top of these keeps you on track for your go-live date.

    • Confirm active loan balances and servicing details align with your existing records
